I love working with couples.
For the last 9 years, I’ve helped couples learn to communicate differently, connect emotionally, and fight right. I’ve heard countless stories about marriages on the brink of divorce, of affairs that went on for years, and of couples who only know how to get their point across by screaming at level 10 volume. And something I’ve learned is this: when two people are willing to do the hard, emotional work to change their relationship - they can.

That *both* people need to understand how they contribute to the relationship problems in order to change them!
Favorite relationship problem to help people with:
Infidelity. It’s really hard work - but watching couples heal from such a traumatic experience can be incredibly powerful.
Ideal vacation:
Anywhere with a beach and tropical plants. There’s nothing I love more than a cup of coffee with an ocean view!

Come As You Are by Emily Nagoski (the holy grail of books about sex!)
