As a couples counselor, I believe that healing and connection begin with presence. My work is rooted in creating a space where both partners feel heard, seen, and safe to be vulnerable. I take a soft, intentional approach—one that honors the complexity of relationships while gently guiding you back to each other.

I specialize in helping couples navigate communication problems, emotional disconnection, recurring conflict, and relationship stress. I work with couples who feel stuck in unhealthy cycles and want to better understand each other, rebuild closeness, and create a healthier relationship together.

My approach is soft, intentional, and grounded in empathy. I gently guide couples toward deeper understanding while also helping them build practical relationship tools they can use outside of therapy sessions.
