Strengthen Your Relationship. Rediscover Your Connection.

Relationships are one of the most rewarding—and HARDEST—parts of life. At Connection Couples Counseling, we provide a safe and supportive space for couples to address challenges, improve communication, and build lasting intimacy.Whether you're navigating recurring conflict, feeling emotionally distant, or preparing for a major life transition, our couples counseling services are designed to help you reconnect and move forward—together.

Our Approach to Couples Therapy

We like to keep it real.  Our counselors are down-to-earth, regular people - who happen to also be experts in relationship counseling.  We want you to leave your sessions really understanding what happened in your relationship to get you where you are, and what you can start to do to change it.

What to Expect in Counseling

Couples counseling starts with an initial session where we:

  • Learn about your relationship history and current concernsIdentify goals for therapy

  • Start to build a strong counselor + client relationship

  • From there, you and your counselor will work together to create a plan for your relationship.

Ultimately, we want to help you both develop skills in communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving, while rebuilding trust and intimacy.
