Get to Know Me Better
TV or Movie couple you would love to counsel:
Chandler and Monica from Friends—because behind the humor and quick one-liners was a couple who deeply loved each other but faced heartbreak through infertility, identity struggles, and pressure to always “be okay.” I would’ve loved to help them navigate their pain underneath the jokes.

What’s something you wish all couples knew:
So many couples think that if they’re fighting, feeling distant, or not “on the same page,” something is wrong with their relationship. What matters isn’t avoiding conflict or never drifting—it’s knowing how to find your way back to each other.

Favorite relationship problem to help people with:
When partners are grieving differently—and don’t know how to reach each other. Grief after infertility or baby loss is already isolating, and when each person processes it in their own way, it can feel like you're not just grieving a dream, but grieving alone. I love helping couples understand that different doesn’t mean disconnected—and that love can still live in the quiet spaces between pain.

Ideal vacation:
A beach! My favorite thing to do is sit on the beach with a good book and watch the waves and get some sun

Favorite relationship related book:
Attached by Amir Levine & Rachel Heller. It helps people finally name those anxious/avoidant patterns they’ve been stuck in for years—and once you name it, you can change it.
