Vincenzo D’Ancona
Intern Couples Counselor
Relationships today aren’t like our parents’—they’re more complex, more digital, and let’s be real, way more emotionally intelligent (or at least trying to be). I work with couples who are figuring out how to love better, fight fair, and communicate without turning everything into a cold war or a group chat crisis.

I’m a counselor, but more importantly, I’m someone who gets the nuance. Ghosting, love languages, emotional labor, social media drama—it’s all on the table here.

Therapy with me looks like:
-
Text-era communication skills that actually work
-
A chill, judgment-free zone to unpack your stuff

Get to Know Me Better
TV or Movie couple you would love to counsel:
Lilly and Marshal from “How I Met Your Mother.” I think they have such an interesting and fun relationship at points! I think they would be a very fun couple to work with.

What’s something you wish all couples knew:
Is that your mind is more at ease if you try and fail, than not trying at all.

Favorite relationship problem to help people with:
Working on intimacy problems. I think it's interesting to see what each person needs for intimacy to be a part of their relationship and how they would like to get there!

Ideal vacation:
Anywhere in Italy, Sydney Australia, or Denver Colorado! Honorable mention to any place that is warm and has good food too.
